MFW – Return & Exchange Policy

At Mens Fashion Wholesale (MFW), customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item received
  2. Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
  3. Damaged item received

⚠️ Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as dislike of color, style, or size ordered wrongly by customer.
  • Cash refund is not available under any circumstances. Only exchange of the same item will be provided.

⏳ Time Frame

  • You must inform us on the same day of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp(📱 1st Contact Number- 9994538487  2nd Escalation Number- 7010514648 ) or Email (mensfashionwholesalemfw@gmail.com).
  • Return/exchange must be completed within 2 days of receiving the product.

📦 Return Process

  1. Record a clear opening video while unboxing the parcel (from start to end in one shot, without cuts/edits).
    • The video must clearly show the issue (wrong item, size, or damage).
    • Without video proof, return/exchange will not be accepted.
  2. If eligible, you must send the product back by courier, post, or direct visit to shop within 2 days.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishable goods & hazardous materials
  • Special combo items

🔄 Exchange

  • Once your return is approved, you can exchange it for the same product only (size or piece replacement).
  • If the same item is not available, you can select another item of the same value.

💰 Refund

  • Cash refund is not available.
  • Only product exchange will be processed.
  • In case of rare approval for refund (management decision), only product value will be refunded.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier company.
