COD

We are pleased to announce that the MFW website now offers cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions for COD:

1. COD charges, including shipping charges, are additional.

2. COD charges must be paid in advance to confirm COD orders.

3. COD charges are strictly non-refundable.

4. Once a COD order is placed, returns or cancellations are not permitted.

5. All COD order item rates must be paid to the courier partner upon delivery to receive the item.

6. COD charges start from 150 and increase based on the order value.

7. Combo offers are not available for COD orders.

Delivery

1.Dispatch: Within 1-3 days

2. Email on tracking details will be sent in 1 - 2 days from the date of ordering

3. Delivery time:1-2 business days within TamilNadu. 2 to 5 business days outside TamilNadu

4. Order once placed cannot be cancelled

RETURNS

While unpacking the product, Kindly capture a video without pause of the opening of the product. This helps in making the initiation of return in case you are receiving a damaged product. Please note that a return will only be initiated with the opening video. Requesting to please understand and cooperate.
