- If our response is delayed, the 24-hour period will be counted from the time we respond.
- The replacement parcel must be dispatched within the permitted time.
Courier Charges for Size Exchange
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
- Return courier charges.

Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
