🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
If you receive the wrong size or want to exchange the product for another available size:
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the parcel is opened.
- You must inform MFW within 24 hours of delivery.
- If our response is delayed, the 24-hour period will be counted from the time we respond.
- The replacement parcel must be dispatched within the permitted exchange period.
Size Exchange Courier Charges
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
- Return courier charges
- Shipping charges for sending the replacement product
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
- The issue will be verified by our team.
- After verification and approval, MFW will replace the product without charging an additional product cost.

To ensure you receive the correct size, please measure yourself directly in inches before placing your order. Do not rely on general sizes like "M" or "3XL," as these vary between brands.
1. For Shirts and T-shirts: Measure your chest circumference in inches. If your chest measures 39 inches, please select the 40-inch size.
2. For Track Pants and Jeans: Measure your hip circumference in inches. Alternatively, you can measure the hip width of your current, well-fitting pants.
