🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
If you receive the wrong size or want to exchange the size:
A complete unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the moment the parcel is opened.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
If our response is delayed, the 24-hour period will be considered from the time we respond.
The replacement parcel must be dispatched within the permitted exchange period.
