Size Exchange
If you receive an incorrect size or want to exchange the product for another available size:
- A complete unboxing/opening video is mandatory, starting from the moment the parcel is opened.
- You must inform MFW within 24 hours of delivery.
- If our response is delayed, the 24-hour period will be counted from the time we respond.
- The replacement parcel must be dispatched within the permitted exchange period.
Courier Charges for Size Exchange
For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
